Hana Student Housing is an independently operated off campus student housing community providing living accommodations for students. We are one block from the beach. We are approximately 4 miles to Hawai'i Pacific University, 3 miles to the University of Hawaii, 5 miles to Honolulu Community College, 3.4 miles to Argosy University, 1.5 miles to Kapiolani Community College and 2.5 miles to Chaminade University of Honolulu.
Located in the heart of Waikiki, the Hana provides living accommodations with easy access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, sundry shops, banks, night-life and other services. Public transportation to all colleges and universities is convenient.
Hana provides a roommate matching service. Also, at Hana you'll have an individual lease so you're never responsible for your roommate's rent - you'll only ever owe your portion of the rent.
Includes basic cable television, mini refrigerators, window unit air-conditioners. Each resident is provided with a bed, chest, desk, desk chair, and a closet or wardrobe closet. On-site Coin operated laundry facility. There is a common, community kitchen with two mmicrowave oven, two stoves, sink and a refrigerator. There is also an on-site restaurant. After hour management and resident assistants.
Limited parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis at an additional cost of $75/month. A parking addendum will be signed.
Local telephone is available at an additional cost personally arranged through local providers. Most students use cell phones, therefore saving the additional cost of a land line phone.
